i was almost ready to give a good review, but the room was not cleaned properly—seriously, did they even check for mould? the kitchen chair situation is a joke, too, only one chair for a room made for at least two. and where's my complimentary welcome gift? that's what the fine hotels do! be warned.

The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk attendant was helpful. I appreciated the pool area and found my room clean and well-appointed. The hotel also offers a 24-hour business center, which is ideal for business travelers. Additionally, there was plenty of conference space available, adding to the convenience for work-related activities.
